About Ed MacNeill
Ed MacNeill was born in Hanover, New Hampshire, grew up in Western New York State, and then returned to New Hampshire for college. After graduating from Dartmouth College and Cornell University School of Hotel Administration, he spent many years helping open and operate new hotels throughout the United States. Finally he settled back in New Hampshire in 1980 where he “discovered” Eastman, a four-season recreational and residential community near Hanover, New Hampshire. At first he worked for the developer selling new condominiums from “stakes in the ground” and later opened his own full service real estate office nearby specializing in the sale of Eastman properties.
Ed has sold hundreds of Eastman properties over the years, helping both buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. They have found his 30+ years experience with Eastman real estate to be extremely helpful in making their buying and selling decisions.
Ed teams with Caroline MacDougall to offer their customers and clients the personalized service they have been known for in their own local real estate office since 1986. In 2010 they joined Country Houses Real Estate (now known as Coldwell Banker Lifestyles), the exclusive on-site real estate firm at Eastman. You can find them both at the Eastman Visitor Center.
